Bank Transfer
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for nationwide delivery
Full payment is required for customized/personalized orders
Certain percentages are appreciated for bulk orders
International orders are subject to duties and custom fees, which are the responsibility of the customer

Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our team. We will try to accommodate your request, but please note:
We may not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped
Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled after proof verification
Refund Policy
At Dine Craft, we strive to provide high-quality cutlery products that meet our customers’ expectations. However, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your needs or may be defective.
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:
The product return must be reported within 7 days of delivery
The product is defective or does not match the description provided
The product is in its original condition, including all original packaging
Refund Process:
Contact our team via phone or email
Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and a clear photo of the product
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Number (RMA)
Ship the product back to us within 3 days of receiving the RMA number
Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund/replacement within 5–7 business days
Refund Exceptions:
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or personalized products
Products that have been used or damaged
Products missing original packaging
Incomplete products
